Article 1 – Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales by Sarouel de bain. .

Article 2 – Price

The prices of our products are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and exclude processing and delivery charges. For orders to countries other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or government taxes may be payable. These duties and charges are not the responsibility of the company. Manager. You will be responsible for these costs and bear full responsibility for them, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to seek guidance on these matters from your local authorities. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. Article 3 – ORDER REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

3.1 Navigating the Website

Users can view the various Products offered for sale by https://sarouel-de-bain.com/ on its Website.
Users may browse the various pages of the Website freely without being bound by any order.

3.2 Placing an order

If the User wishes to place an order, they should select the various Products they are interested in and indicate this interest by clicking on the «basket» icon.
At any time, the User may:

view a summary of the products they have selected by clicking on the shopping basket.
continue or change your selection of products by clicking on “Continue shopping”.
complete their selection of Products and order them by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”.

To order the Products they have selected in this way, after clicking on “Proceed to payment”, each User must log in by entering their email address and the password they previously chose when creating their account, or, if this is their first order, by clicking on «Create an account». In the latter case, the User must accurately complete the form provided, including the information required for identification, in particular their surname, first name and postal address. In addition, the User must provide their email address and a password of their choice, which will be personal and confidential and which they will need to log in to the Website at a later date.
The User is informed and agrees that entering these two identifiers constitutes proof of their identity and constitutes their consent.
Once the User has logged in, they must confirm the delivery address, after which an order form will appear on the screen, summarising: the type, quantity and price of the Products selected by the User, as well as the total order amount, delivery charges, delivery time, the User’s contact details and the delivery address for the Products.

Commercial offers

To take advantage of a promotional offer sent to them, Users must enter and confirm their ”promo code“ in the designated field on the payment page.

3.3 Final confirmation of the order and payment

Once the User has reviewed the status of their order and provided all the requested information, a summary of this information and the order will appear, and the User must select their preferred payment method to confirm their order definitively.
Orders are payable by:

The Customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the Customer receives the Products.

3.4 Order confirmation

An order summary will be displayed once the order has been confirmed.
This confirmation will set out all the constituent elements of the contract entered into between the Parties.
This order summary will also be emailed to the Customer within minutes of their purchase.
The Customer will then be able to access their “order tracking” by clicking on “Log in” and entering their email address and password.

3.5 Amending an order

You can track your orders via the «Log in» menu.
To amend an order, you must cancel it, add it back to your basket and then make the necessary changes before confirming it.
An order can only be amended or cancelled when its status is «Registered».
An order with the status «being prepared» or «dispatched» can no longer be amended.

Article 4 – Payment

By confirming your order, you are obliged to pay the price shown. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card via our secure system. Your card will only be debited once the order has been dispatched. In the event of split deliveries, only the items that have been dispatched will be debited.

Article 5 – RETURNS – REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Cancellation Policy

The Customer has a right to return goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order in full, and may withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the supplier of their decision to withdraw from the order by means of an unambiguous statement, specifying their full name, email address, postal address, order number and order date:

Refund

In the event of the Customer exercising their right of withdrawal, https://sarouel-de-bain.com/ will refund any payments received from the Customer and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which https://www.sarouel-de-bain.com/ is notified of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
Should the Customer cancel their entire order, https://sarouel-de-bain.com/ will refund all payments received from the Customer by issuing a credit note for that order.
Should the Customer withdraw from part of the order, https://sarouel-de-bain.com/ will refund the cost of the returned Products.

Product returns

The Customer must return the Products no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of their decision to withdraw.
Returned items must be unopened, complete and undamaged.

The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the entire order or the Products.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page. In the event of a delay in dispatch, you will be sent an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery time originally quoted. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the right to cancel the order under the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If, in the meantime, you receive the product, we will refund the cost of the product and the delivery charges in accordance with the terms of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. In the case of deliveries by a carrier, the company Manager cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery caused solely by the customer’s unavailability following several attempts to arrange a delivery appointment.

Article 7 – Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event that a product sold does not conform, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, complete with all components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Postage costs will be refunded to you based on the rate charged, and return postage costs will be refunded upon presentation of supporting documents. The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from exercising the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.

Article 8 – Liability

The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Intellectual property

Article 11 – Archiving of Evidence
